These tracks are dedicated to everyone who lives with a chronic autoimmune disorder. Created from January to April 2021 during a bad flare up of my own condition.

The process of creation is fundamentally all about attempting to translate what you know or what you deal with into the medium you're using, so this is my attempt at communicating the feeling of having my skin being incessantly attacked by my immune system. The mind-numbing, raw pain and tortuous needling hum that demands that you rub, scratch and draw blood, leaving scar tissue all over your body. That combined with the fatigue caused by the body being constantly in shock and on red alert makes for a disorder that can wreck not just physical but mental health also.

This was made to help keep me creatively active in some capacity. To keep my mind occupied while the disorder was snapping at my heels, demanding my attention.
